Media-Whore D'Oevres



Proving that former President Bill Clinton is indeed part African-American, he pulls a "Prince," arriving 3 hours late to something called the Hubert Humphrey Awards Dinner -- but still makes everyone feel special. He was, to be sure, on "CP" time. (Politico)

As we've always known: Rudy Giuliani is not-yet-ready-for-prime-time. The sum total of his Foreign Policy experience ends at the entrance of The Russian Tea Room (Exaggerated cough suggesting feigned detachment).
